Wont work all the time
The app, no, the ENTIRE comment feature/plugin does not offer essential features. I would recommend managing your comments from the Wix website directly rather than wasting your time for this app.
It makes zero sense that we're unable to actually respond to the comments. This is not a comment manager this is a comment viewer. Seriously?!
The only thing this app does is show you previous comments. There's no way to reply or monitor. To use this feature on Wix, there's a monthly fee. There's no notification when readers comment, and there's no way to reply to them. If takes customer support 2 weeks to reply to my ticket, but customer service doesn't even know this app lack all the essential features.
You need to be a rocket scientist to get the sign in code to go. Trick is to press in the middle of the line below where you type the code. Try double tap also.

It seems very odd to me that I can only see comments, approve and delete them but not reply to them. Isn't that the most important thing anyone would want from this app? To be able to answer the comment straight away and not having to go onto the website and answer there? This is just an extra step that is quite pointless. This app has potential though. If only we could reply to the actual comments and comment something back... 🤔
